Amvera Platform Privacy Policy
1. This document, the Amvera Platform Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy), describes the relationship between Amvera LLC (hereinafter – Amvera or the Company), providing Services within the Amvera Platform (hereinafter – the Platform, Services, or the Service), located on the Internet at amvera.ru and amvera.io, and you (hereinafter – the User), regarding the processing of information about the User, including personal or other data, in the process of use of the Services of the Amvera Platform (hereinafter – Information).
2. This Policy contains the specific rules that describe the terms of use of Information about Users of the Services, have direct effect and priority over the rules contained in the Privacy Policy of the Amvera Services and other rules governing the operation of the Service.
3. In the absence of provisions in this Policy that fully define the terms of processing Information about Users of the Services, the provisions of the Privacy Policy of the Amvera Services apply.
4. The relationships related to the processing of Information, including, but not limited to, the collection, use, storage, distribution, and protection of Information about Users of the Platform Services, are regulated by this Policy, the Terms of Use of the Amvera platform, agreements on the use of individual Services, as well as the current legislation. Before starting to use the Services, the Users must familiarize themselves with the terms of this Policy, as well as the terms of the agreements, regulations, and rules of the Services they use.
5. Upon registration, each access and/or actual use of any of the Platform Services, the Users agree to the terms of this Policy, as well as the terms of the agreements, provisions, and rules of the Services used by them, which are posted on the pages of the relevant Services, in the versions that were in effect at the time of actual use of such Services.
All terms and definitions not specified in the Policy are contained in the Terms of Use and/or agreements on the use of individual Services.
6. By accepting the terms of this Policy, as well as using the Platform and/or any of the Platform Services, Users accept and agree to the processing of Information that becomes available to the Company during the use of the Platform or Services by them and includes:
Information collected and the purpose of collection and processing
User credentials:
1) Data about the User provided by the User to create an account during the registration process on the Platform: email address, telephone number, full name, login, etc.
2) Additional information filled in by the User when editing their account while using the Platform: email address, first and last name, company, or position.
The purpose of collecting Information about User is the fulfillment of the agreement with the User on providing access to the Platform, in particular, to confirm the ownership of the account by the person who has made a request to restore access to the account, to manage and administer services, etc.
3) Other data related to the User that becomes available to the Company during the User’s interaction with the Platform, including, but not limited to, the following data:
(IP address, information about the User's browser (including interface language, screen size, information about cookies (enabled/disabled), information contained in the cookies, browser User Agent, etc.), size and supported colors of the screen of the User's personal device, time zone, system language, information about the operating system, support by the User's device of certain technologies and protocols (Retina, WebSocket, or HTTP2), whether or not certain programs are installed on the User's device, and Information about the User’s activity during the use of the Service, namely, clicks and transitions within the Service interface.
The purpose of the Information collection and processing
The purpose of collection and processing of the Information is the fulfillment of the agreement with the User for the providing access to the Service, including the cases of internal operations control, improvement of the performance and content of the Service, as well as prevention or removal of any errors that may arise when using the Service, notifying the User of changes in the Service, and personalization of the user experience when using the Service.
7. The processing of Information about the Users in process of using the Service is carried out based on the current legislation.
8. The Company reserves the right to make changes and additions to this Policy, while notifying the User by posting an updated version of the Policy on the website. The new version of the Policy comes into force on the day following the day of its posting on the website at amvera.ru. The User undertakes to regularly check for new versions of the Policy and familiarize themselves with their content.
